Pune: Kolte-Patil Developers Ltd. Notably, EBITDA surged 252% year-on-year to ₹227 crore, reflecting strong execution, disciplined pricing, and healthy customer engagement.

The company also strengthened its development pipeline by acquiring a strategic 22-acre joint development project in Pune, expected to yield ₹4,000 crore in future GDV.
